Present Perfect Tense
Present Indefinite Tense defines the present moment of the action as well as habitual or eternally true actionPresent Perfect Tense defines that actions which have finished a few moment before.
Only present form of verb is used in Present Indefinite Tense.Have/Has and past participle form of the main verb are used in Present Perfect Tense.
Example:

a) He walks everyday.
b) I eat rice.
c) Jhony plays football daily.
Example:

a) He has already finished the work.
b) I have eaten rice.
c) They have done the project.
Common word uses in Present Indefinite Tense.
Example: Daily, Everyday, Occasionally, Normally etc.
Common word uses in Present Perfect Tense.
Example: Already, Yet, Ever,
Recently
etc.
By using Present Indefinite Tense, we can get the live information.By using Present Perfect Tense, we can get the last information.
