Present Perfect Continuous Tense
Present Perfect Tense is used to discuss about a completed task.Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used to discuss about the continuous task but not completed task.
Present Perfect Tense is used to discuss about the last moment. Present Perfect Continuous Tense is used to discuss the moments which were starting in the past time.
Present Perfect Tense makes a relationship between present and past condition without indicating time.Present Perfect Continuous Tense makes a relationship between present and past condition with indicating time.

Example: Already, Yet, Ever, Recently etc.

Example:

a) I have been reading a book for two hours.
